Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse department supporting the Firearms Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Carlos, MN

Pay Range: Pay based on experience, starting at $23+/hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee the activities of the warehouse, ensuring effective operations and safety.
• Control the movement and storage of materials within the plant using automated systems.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and movement of goods to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Supervise all shipping/material personnel and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform basic computer functions related to inventory management and shipping documentation.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and financial reports.
• Strong mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
• Ability to solve practical problems in a dynamic work environment.
