Office Administration / HR Admin / Administrative Assistant

Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

Job Type: Full Time / Contract

We are looking for a recent graduate with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources & general office administration and a lot of enthusiasm to learn. Must be able to drive as occasional local travel is required to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administrative functions of recruiting and onboarding process
• Prepares new employee files and documents.
• Conduct onboarding presentations to the new hires.
• Collect and reconcile time sheets.
• Maintain the timesheet system.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain job databases and other documents as needed.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of corporate work experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, social media, Google docs etc.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
