Traveling Construction Foreman

Pay: $30-40/hr (Base Rate, not including per diem / scale wage)

Shift: Monday - Friday; occasional Saturday; day work. (Travel and hours are based on a project by project basis)

Description:

• A drilling contractor in York, PA is looking for a travelling construction foreman. The role will entail working alongside crews in the field (two to six personnel), ensuring efficient and safe operations. Overseeing installation and replacement of trenchless utility systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to crew members.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 7-10+ Years experience in construction industry.
• 5+ Years Supervisory/Foreman Experience
• 5+ Years Traveling / Field Experience
• Clean driving record, willing to travel for project based work; can be short or long duration projects. (PA, NJ, NY, VA, MD, DE, Washington DC)
• Experience in trenchless utility techniques (auger boring, tunneling), underground pipe instillation (diameter of 36+ inches), pipe jacking, directional drilling, large underground structures, heavy highway experience.
• Ability to Weld & Attain D1.1 Certification (preferred)
• CDL Class A (Manual & Automatic) (preferred)
