They are seeking an experienced manager with the following responsibilities and requirements: Efficiently manage daily operations and optimize processes. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for both online and offline channels. Oversee customer relations and ensure a comprehensive customer experience. Manage inventory and merchandise displays. Take bespoke tailoring orders from customers. Accurately measure and fit customers. Design garments according to customer preferences and requirements. Collaborate with suppliers and the production team to procure necessary materials. Conduct final fittings to deliver top-quality bespoke garments. Manage monthly marketing promotions and customer communications. Apply strategic planning skills to achieve business goals. Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive. Be service-oriented with the sophistication, poise, and confidence to support the team. Exhibit excellent sales and marketing skills to build customer relationships, understand customer needs, and present product ideas effectively. Possess specialized skills as a Master Tailor with precision in bespoke tailoring and an eye for design and trends. Be resourceful and well-networked, capable of sourcing quality materials. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, and fashion designing. Job Highlights: 4 off days monthly; rest days depend on schedule. Able to work long hours, including late evenings and weekends. Competitive salary of 9k and above.
