Responsibilities : Proven track record working with e-commerce and at a considered purchase business. Own all aspects of Google paid media buying, including but not limited to : search, shopping, media planning, pmax, and YouTube. Partner closely with CRO and lifecycle teams to improve cost per lead and cost per qualified actions. Optimize pacing for qualified leads and lead to purchase rate for the online education business. Own SEM paid acquisition for our CPG business, including the strategy and execution of paid spend. Report weekly on pacing to goals, key priorities and red flags. Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and inform strategic decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness. Manage budget and forecasting efforts for Google paid.
