OTR CDL Class A Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTR CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves long-haul driving across state lines in the western region, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Report any incidents or mechanical issues promptly.
• Secure cargo for transport and ensure proper handling.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport goods over long distances.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience is preferred.
• Clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to operate GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDS).
• Ability to have strong time management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Exposure to various weather conditions.
• Extended periods of driving and time away from home.
• Physical demands include loading/unloading cargo and long hours of sitting.
