Pipefitter – Industrial / Process Piping Join to apply for the Pipefitter – Industrial / Process Piping role at Mideast Fabrication About the role : We’re looking for experienced pipefitters to support industrial and process piping projects across the U.S. Work is a mix of shop and field with regular travel and per diem on eligible jobs. Key responsibilities Install and fit carbon and stainless process piping from isometrics and P&IDs Layout, measure, cut, bevel, and prep pipe for welders Install pipe supports, hangers, and basic structural members Work safely in operating plants, at heights, and in confined spaces Coordinate with welders, foremen, and site supervision to stay on schedule Requirements 4+ years industrial pipefitting experience (plants, process, or mechanical construction) Able to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and plan drawings with minimal supervision Strong understanding of pipe specs, fittings, and supports Must supply your own standard pipefitter tooling (tape, levels, squares, bevel tools, torpedo, etc.) Comfortable working outdoors and in active industrial environments Willing and able to travel nationwide and work some overtime when projects require it Reliable transportation and strong attendance record What we offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Per diem for approved out-of-town work Steady pipeline of industrial projects nationwide Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mideast Fabrication by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Mideast Fabrication
