As a Deloitte Consulting Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Senior Consultant, you will help Retirement Service Providers gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology, and business operations. You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to:
Bachelor's degree Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of retirement products and services, and retirement market trends developed through professional experience. Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
At least two years of external strategy & management consulting experience within a large organization At least one year of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements Advanced degree in related specialization area At least one year of hands-on experience working with OMNI in a professional environment Participated in at least one business development initiative, such as proposal development or sales presentation, within related specialist areas. Demonstrated commitment to benefits administration and outsourcing, shown by at least one of the following: membership in a relevant professional organization, completion of related coursework or certification, or attendance at an industry conference within the past 2 years.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
