This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Human Capital Management processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work closely with business-side users, including HR teams, to ensure seamless operations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Provide guidance and support for system updates, upgrades, and enhancements. Ticket Management: Oversee testing and validation for tickets before User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage and prioritize tickets, working closely with the manager to streamline processes. Work with business-side users, such as HR teams, to understand their needs and provide solutions. Coordinate with external maintenance contractors for system support and manage their activities effectively. Assist in the implementation of new HCM functionalities and modules. Support the development and utilization of advanced HR forms and workflows. Build out and maintain the employee database. HCM Optimization: Explore and implement Oracle HCM functionalities to enhance HR processes. Provide training and support to end-users using the guided learning tool. Qualifications: Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Strong technical skills and the ability to manage system updates and enhancements. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience in managing tickets and working with external maintenance contractors. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with advanced HR forms and workflows. Knowledge of employee database management and new HCM functionalities.
