Description

As a Sr IAM BA Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within our organization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening our identity governance and security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance and Oversight: Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Oversee the effectiveness of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
2. Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal controls.
3. Access Review and Audit Support: Coordinate and manage periodic access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Respond to audit requests and provide necessary documentation for compliance audits, including SOX and SOC-related inquiries.
4. Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of governance initiatives. Provide regular reporting on IGA governance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current IGA governance processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement process optimizations.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on governance objectives. Lead governance-related discussions during cross-functional meetings.
7. Incident Management and Risk Mitigation: Investigate and remediate issues related to identity governance processes. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to access management.
8. Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IGA governance processes and frameworks. Provide training and guidance to teams on governance policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in IGA, IAM, or identity access management.
• College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in Information Security.
• Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance.
• Experience with identity and access management software such as CyberArk.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand complex concepts quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive approach to process improvements and risk mitigation.
