Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpet cleaning and maintenance. Your primary duties will include:

• Operating carpet cleaning equipment and machinery
• Conducting pre-inspections of carpets to assess stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirements
• Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
• Utilizing specialized tools and methods for spot treatment and deep cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout the cleaning process
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and work areas
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience necessary
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to consent to a background check and drug screening

Compensation:

During Training- $10-$20/HR

After Training- $50,000,$70,000 per year
