Chief People Officer Industrial Technology B2B

The Chief People Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team for a fastgrowing B2B Industrial Technology Products company with $1.7B in revenue and a global footprint.

As an accomplished HR strategic leader, you will drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Your responsibility is to strengthen employee culture, drive change management at all levels, and infuse company values in alignment with growth objectives.

This role is highly visible and requires a collaborative change agent who is peopleoriented and business savvy, combining creativity and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall HR strategy to drive a culture of high employee engagement in alignment with business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions on an Americas regional level.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Management team in developing company plans and programs, advising on the impact on people, resources, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement shortand longterm programs and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, professional development, and overall employee performance.
  • Continuously assess competitiveness and equity of all programs and practices across global offices and against relevant companies, industries, regions, and markets.
  • Anticipate and plan longterm human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
  • Build, manage, and motivate an impactful HR team to meet and exceed organization and departmental goals.
  • Extract and share relevant insights to coach and empower managers to positively influence workplace culture in alignment with company values.
  • Serve as the corporate liaison to advise and consult on crossfunctional policies, processes, and facilitate internal communication to employees, managers, and departments in all global offices.
  • Define and monitor relevant metrics, ROI, and KPIs to diagnose and address employment and operational trends proactively.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 1015+ years of strategic HR experience, including 5+ years leading HR strategy in a B2B industrial global market.
  • 710+ years of senior leadership global HR experience; board experience a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to develop a highly capable HR function.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities to develop, manage, and execute global HR strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve business results.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
  • Handson experience with all functional areas of HR.
  • Demonstrated experience in attracting, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining staff.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams; hold people accountable.
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, problemsolving skills, and bias for action.
  • Tactful collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills; ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work effectively at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to listen, empathize, and respond to employee and business needs.
  • Articulate communicator with polished written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong process orientation and project management skills; ability to delegate and manage ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
