Job Description

LHH has partnered with a great organization in SoHo on this Accounts Payable Specialist position. This role is responsible for processing a high volume of invoices across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices (250+ weekly) across multiple business entities.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and ensure proper documentation is retained.
• Assist with month-end closing activities including accruals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
