Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector Shift Lead

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Danvers, MA

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 5:00pm - 1:30am

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Compensation: $21.00/hr starting pay plus a $0.30/hr overnight differential. Pay range $21.00/hr - $26.00/hr.

Objective:
The Warehouse Order Selector Shift Lead is a key member of our Overnight Order Selection team, responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisor while actively performing order selection and other warehouse duties. This role ensures that overnight warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while providing leadership and guidance to warehouse staff during assigned shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations, including staff management, workflow coordination, and operational planning.
• Lead and oversee warehouse team members during assigned shifts, providing direction, support, and training as needed.
• Perform order selection, picking, and packing duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation, stock organization, and product handling according to company standards.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
• Document and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience required; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order selection, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with temperature variations, including refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products as required in a warehouse environment; up to 55lbs equal to 2 cases of bottled beer; safely roll a 165lb half keg
