Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of recent experience and a WI or compact RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Emergency Department (ER) of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every third weekend required
• Care for patients with urgent and emergent needs in a fast-paced environment
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must be able to work effectively in urgent situations and manage multiple priorities
• Modules are required during orientation and are completed in the first 8 hours
• Applicants with latex allergies cannot be accommodated
• Locals are accepted within a 50-mile radius at a lower rate
• Return staff must have one year separation before returning as travelers
• Travel pairs are accepted
• Must provide documentation of all certifications and references as required

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active WI or compact RN license required in hand at the time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: TNCSS, TNS
• Ability to commit to the full 13-week contract
