About The Role Stage Manager On‑Call at the Atomic Saloon, Las Vegas, performing for "Atomic" five nights a week at the Grand Canal Shoppes within the Venetian resort. The On‑Call Stage Manager is part of the backstage team, responsible for running backstage during the show, learning the call of the show, acting as liaison between departments, running rehearsals, and more. This is an on‑call, as‑needed position—pay $33/hour. Atomic runs Tuesday‑Saturday and is dark on Sunday & Monday. What You’ll Do Responsible for stage management duties backstage during shows and staying current on the call of the show. Actively engage in the company’s antiracist commitment and internal practices. Create a work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, respect, and employee satisfaction. Act as liaison to other departments on site—technical production, wardrobe, house management, box office, security, and food/beverage staff. Perform all typical stage manager duties during rehearsals and performances, including running the backstage track. Assist with company welfare and management responsibilities as needed. Supervise safety of all artists and technicians during rehearsals and shows. Participate in rehearsing safety and evacuation scenarios for all emergency situations. Other duties as assigned by the Production Stage Manager. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in theater or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years in stage management of live entertainment productions. Proven people‑management and development skills. Outgoing personality with a love of entertainment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled/needed. Valid work authorization for the U.S. and background check clearance. Comfortable improvising in the moment. Maintaining necessary licensing and work cards. Passion for maintaining high standards consistently. Physical Requirements High‑volume professional food service and theater environment. Tolerant of varying noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality. Able to stand and walk for up to eight hours, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, crawl and kneel.
