In search of a responsible person who has a ground level home with minimal stairs or wheelchair accessible home to become a shared living provider (SLP). An SLP would have a developmentally disabled individual move into their home. This individual is in his 60's, has a history of an unsteady gate and numerous falls. Team is planning to move him into a wheelchair in the future so the home he moves into would need to be wheelchair accessible.
