At Battle Road, we’re applying state-of-the-art innovations and experience from the video game industry to build the future of simulations, modeling, and operations with AtomEngine – our proprietary cloud-based game engine that’s making the world playable. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an engineer that can operate across different areas of the platform and provide mentorship and best practices to the rest of the team.

Position Summary

  • Facilitate program reviews, status updates, and regular communication cadences with all stakeholders.
  • Support proposal efforts, program expansions, and the identification of new opportunities within the customer ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes, reporting requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-partner programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Clickup).

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Background in software delivery, cloud technologies, simulation & modeling, or high- performance computing environments.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Active or previously held security clearance is a plus.
