Title: Senior Case Manager
Location: TBD
Pay Range: $30.21 per hour (effectively $55,000 per year)
FLSA Classification: Full-time (35 hours), Non-exempt
Role Summary: The Senior Case Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive operations of our program, collaborating closely with the Case Manager Supervisor. This entails planning, development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous enhancement of procedures. The Senior Case Manager will provide daily supervision and guidance to the Housing Specialist, Employment Specialist, and Intake Specialist, ensuring seamless coordination under the guidance of the Case Manager Supervisor.
