Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for a Security Project Manager this position will be based out of Troy, MI!

Responsibilities:
• Performs site walk throughs and develops scopes of work
• Identifies the customers’ needs, reflecting it in estimates and scopes of work and communicates it to the install team as needed.
• Performs estimates and builds cost models
• Completes designs and performs engineering of the project systems
• Creates bills of materials
• Creates installation layouts and installation processes plans
• Creates proposal letters and ongoing project management communications
• Manages labor resources as part of the team of project managers
• Supports foreman and installers with information and direction
• Meets with managing partners to review financial performance and project status
• Will have customer interaction for design, engineering, updates, estimates, scope definition etc.
• Successful management of a project from inception to completion
• Management of the purchasing of project related materials and equipment
• Ensuring proper delivery of materials to onsite crew
• Ensures the right information is reaching the right people
• Will have to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• College education preferred
• 4-5 years’ experience as a PM with the above responsibilities
• Understands the flow of money on a project managing P&L
• Experience in designing and managing the installation and maintenance of IP surveillance systems, access control systems, door hardware components and related electrical systems.
• Knowledge of networks, IP, VMS, Video servers, storage, etc. is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office suite of programs
• Familiar with and understands CAD drawings
