As a Security Officer CRE Patrol Full-Time in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at a prominent commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a strong and visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be the first point of contact for those on the property, offering clear communication and support while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and/or incidents as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and property management.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or possess a college degree.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
