A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Security Manager of Vulnerability Management to oversee and enhance their enterprise security posture. This individual will balance both strategy and execution, spending roughly 25% of their time hands on, and 75% of their time driving program leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vulnerability management, particularly with Tenable, and experience designing and maturing a vulnerability management framework from the ground up. The position requires a mix of hands on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. In addition to leading a small team, this person will collaborate across departments, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the bridge between technical operations and executive level strategy.
