Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in Neenah, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25/hour based on experience and $100/day worked per diem. Job Scope:

• Setting floors and roof trusses
• Framing walls
• Blocking
• Layout walls and floors
• Cutting rafters

The role involves framing multifamily apartment buildings, requiring reliable transportation and a willingness to travel around the area for various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Set floor and roof trusses
• Sheet floor and roof trusses
• Frame walls
• Blocking layout walls and floors
• Cut rafters

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of rough carpentry experience in commercial carpentry rough framing
• Completion of OSHA 10 before starting with BA

Required Skills

• Experience in specific type of framing
• Tools required: Hammer, tape measure, speed square, pencil, chalk line
• Tool belt, tool pouch, and all other hand tools and PPE for the first day

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building multifamily apartment buildings through prefab walls

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: Up to $25 hour Based on experience, $100/day work Per Diem

Duration: long term

Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, OT offered
