Our client in Rice Lake is seeking a Roofers/Laborers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior roofing or construction experience, a willingness to learn and be a team player.

Job Title: Roofer/Laborer

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr

What's the Job?

• Install roofing or HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in roofing or related construction field preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
