Join our growing RV dealership! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused RV Parts Advisor to help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RVs while supporting our service department with accurate parts ordering and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with identifying and selecting required RV parts and accessories
• Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and computer systems
• Create parts quotes, invoices, and special orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including stocking, organizing, and cycle counts
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts shipments
• Communicate product availability, pricing, and ETA updates to customers and internal teams
• Promote add-on sales and seasonal accessories
• Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in RV, automotive, or powersports parts preferred.
  • we are willing to train an outgoing person that loves customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts diagrams
• Computer proficiency (parts lookup systems, POS, email)
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Must be able to climb a 12’ ladder
• Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail

• Full time with a rotating schedule week 1 Monday-Friday and week 2 Tuesday – Saturday winter hours 8:30am – 5:00pm and Summer hours 8:30am – 6:00pm
