✅ Requirements
Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
Residential roofing knowledge + leadership experience required
Clean driving record
Tech-savvy with scheduling and project management tools
Detail-driven, disciplined, and structured in execution

Earnings: $75K–$110K (base + performance incentives)
