Remote Recruiter We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys and professional staff in a fast-growing firm. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for legal and non-legal roles
• Partner with the Human Resources Manager to understand workforce needs and timelines
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipelines in the ATS
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Create and maintain a "pipeline" for future candidates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (legal preferred)
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth environment
• Proficient with ATS platforms and virtual recruiting tools
• Great communicator, easy to talk to, and able to communicate the firm culture
