Pay Range:$150,000 - $190,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our team as a Security Manager in a hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ.
This full-time position involves overseeing security specifications and efficiency for mainframe environments, web portals, and authentication programs.
The role requires expertise in security management and a strong understanding of various technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain resource plans to meet departmental objectives.
Mentor and guide staff to align outcomes with strategic goals.
Develop and execute integrated business plans for security functions.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance security efficiency.
Research and implement emerging security products and standards.

Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years in Identity & Access Control, Information Security, or related fields.
Proficiency in managing authentication keys and security protocols.
Strong leadership and talent development skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
