This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage large-scale programs with significant operational and strategic impact. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program execution, from planning and budgeting to resource allocation and risk management, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, monitor progress, and implement solutions that optimize performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with extensive experience in program oversight, government or public works contracts, and complex project environments. It requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate under high expectations and tight timelines.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor program progress, performance, and budget, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee resource management including personnel, vendors, and materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and address concerns throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide leadership to project teams to maintain alignment with program objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in management, public works, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years serving as a project principal or project director.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% .
  • Demonstrated ability to meet government contract timelines and manage complex programs effectively.
