Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Strategic Program Manager with Healthcare/PBM experience for a 12 month contract role with our client in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote. Summary: Looking for a Program Manager to help drive work for their Integration Project. 8 - 10 yrs of experience needed in the following skills: organization, systems analysis, program management, product ownership, scrum master, Data Analytics/ writing queries, complex problem solving, driving delivery, project management, IT, vendor management, Additional skills: Member Experience/ Digital or Payment and billing experience Responsibilities: Collaborate across client and RX to deliver various integration projects Specifically working with Lead solution Strategist on Payment and Billing solutions across the entire Judi Roadmap Putting together plans Analyzing data Solving problems for the team Skills Communication PBM Insurance / Health Care Payment and Billing Government programs - Medicare & Medicaid Program and project management IT delivery Vendor management Product ownership Complex Problem Solving Systems analysis Data analysis / complex query SQL, MS Project, Excel, Jira, Sharepoint, MS 365, MIRO Scrum Master Great candidate qualities/what would make someone stand out: Proven record of project delivery Examples of complex problem solving Examples of MVP delivery Examples of collaboration and team building Examples of data analytics and decision making / leading recommendations Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $80.00 to $85.00/Hr.
