The Role: Program Manager, AIRE (Operations Focus)

As Program Manager, Operations , youll play a central role in ensuring AIRE runs efficiently across its three pillars EDU, Marketplace, and Skinstore. Youll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, streamline internal processes, and manage key operational programs that enable our teams to execute at scale.

Youll report to the Head of Operations and serve as a connector between leadership, product, partnerships, and execution teams ensuring alignment, visibility, and accountability across the organization.

This role is ideal for a systems-minded operator who thrives on structure, momentum, and measurable outcomes. Youll be trusted to build processes from the ground up and drive projects that make AIRE more efficient and scalable.

What You'll Do:

Lead Cross-Functional Program Execution

• Own the delivery of key operational programs from strategic planning cycles to product launches and brand activations.
• Create project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure deliverables are met across multiple teams.
• Serve as the central point of accountability for program status, risks, and blockers ensuring leadership visibility.

Build Operational Infrastructure

• Design and refine core operating systems templates, dashboards, and processes that keep AIRE running efficiently.
• Implement and manage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
• Standardize workflows that reduce friction and increase execution speed across AIRE EDU, Marketplace, and Skinstore.

Drive Operational Analytics & Reporting

• Track progress against company-wide OKRs and KPIs, producing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Maintain real-time dashboards that surface project health, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
• Identify and communicate insights that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Strengthen Internal Coordination & Communication

• Facilitate AIREs internal operating cadence preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
• Manage recurring leadership and cross-functional meetings to align priorities and timelines.
• Build scalable documentation and playbooks that enable fast onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Support Leadership Execution

• Work closely with the Head of Operations and executive team to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
• Anticipate needs and proactively identify process improvements that enhance performance and accountability.
• Serve as an operational thought partner for new initiatives, helping move ideas from concept to launch.

• Experienced: You have 36 years of experience in operations, program management, or project management ideally in a startup, SaaS, or healthtech environment.
