As an office manager in our San Francisco HQ, you will support and promote our growing team as we scale and expand. Youll be responsible for overseeing office operations, maintaining a productive work environment, and supporting our team with logistical and operational needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

You will...
  • Manage daily office operations and act as the go-to person for all facility and operational needs.
  • Organize meetings, events, and team-building activities for our in-person and virtual teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with modern workplace tools: strong working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools, including Asana (or similar), Slack, and GSuite with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Provide support with offsite planning and travel coordination.
  • Create positive employee experiences.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, service providers, and property managers.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, technology needs, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup, welcome packages for new hires, and IT coordination.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and workplace culture.
  • Bring an adaptability to startup environments with a demonstrated success thriving in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
What we're looking for...
  • An enthusiastic individual with 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, operations, or other coordination-related roles, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A people person who genuinely enjoys getting to know others, building trust, and is a proactive problem solver. Someone who finds satisfaction in helping colleagues feel supported, seen, and set up for success.
$50,000 - $65,000 a year

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
