Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic with hands-on experience in Siemens 501F and Frame Gas Turbines, as well as Steam Turbine systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in a power generation or industrial setting. Your Day-to-Day: \n Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on Siemens 501F and Frame Gas Turbines \n Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and overhauls of steam turbines and related systems \n Align and assemble machinery and equipment using precision tools and techniques \n Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals \n Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment performance \n Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards \n Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records \n \n Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: \n High School Diploma or GED - Required \n Proven experience as a Millwright Mechanic in industrial or power generation environments \n Hands-on experience with Siemens 501F, Frame Gas Turbines, and Steam Turbines - Required \n Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed \n Certification in Millwright or Mechanical Maintenance \n Familiarity with vibration analysis and precision alignment tools \n Experience with turbine outage support and turnaround projects \n \n Why WECTEC Staffing Services?
