\n
• Assist in the coordination of health services.
\n
• Assess and provide medical treatment for team members, contractors, and visitors for injury or illness sustained at work in accordance with established medical protocols.
\n
• Maintain workers compensation information for claims, and schedule doctor visits and transportation.
\n
• Coordinate physicals and drug testing.
\n
• Assist with employee health and wellness events (i.e. health assessments, immunizations, medical care, education, etc.).
\n
• Maintain positive relationship with local occupational health clinic.
\n
• Assist with incident data management and tracking.
\n
• Assist with return-to-work process, working closely with supervisors to find meaningful work with prescribed medical restrictions.
\n
• Assist with hearing conservation, heat stress, respiratory protection and ergonomics programs including development and delivery of employee training.
\n
• Lead ergonomic efforts minimizing related occupational injuries.
\n
• All other relevant duties as assigned. indhp

\n
• 3+ years of occupational health experience required, preferably within a similar manufactuirng environment.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills.
\n
• Ensure confidentiality of employee health information while communicating necessary information.
\n
• General knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and FMLA regulations.
\n
• Self starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n
