About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Wealth Advisory to join their team. The successful candidate will be the primary relationship manager for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive and holistic guidance in the areas of investments, estate and trust planning, tax strategy, and legacy design. This role is pivotal in serving the needs of the firm's diverse client base, which includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, and entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in wealth management, family office, private banking, or a related UHNW advisory role, and will be adept at building long-term, trusted relationships, leading wealth planning conversations, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove client experience. Candidates for this position should possess a deep understanding of the complexities faced by UHNW families, with a focus on strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a fiduciary-first approach to client service. The role requires expertise in investment strategy, estate planning, trust structures, and tax coordination, with a preference for those who have exposure to alternatives and private markets. The Managing Director will also be responsible for introducing clients to values-aligned strategies, ESG/impact opportunities, and philanthropic solutions, and must be capable of serving as a strategic family advisor, particularly in the context of multi-generational wealth. A Bachelor's degree is required, and professional credentials such as CFP®, CFA®, JD, or an advanced degree are preferred. The position offers the opportunity to work within an institutional platform with a boutique culture, and the candidate will be expected to contribute to the firm's mission of helping clients align their capital with purpose and legacy.
