Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States. **Position Purpose:** Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, including preparing monthly financial reports and various analytical reports. Oversee routine financial analysis; complete complex financial analysis. Develop business knowledge in financial reporting, risk management, contracting, benefit analysis, and other financial functions. + Ensure that timely and accurate reports are generated. + Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports. + Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services. + Gather and prepare analysis based on information from various sources and financial reports. + Provide financial and business analysis as required. + Determine appropriate actions and present to upper management. + Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare practices and procedures. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. + 3-5 years of experience, with emphasis in the health care or insurance industry. Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
