We're currently seeking a dedicated  Licensed School Social Worker  to support  K-5th grade students to fill a leave of absence  in the Bloomingdale, IL area  for the 2025-2026 school year .

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work along with a PEL with the school social work endorsement

Role Overview:
As a School Social Worker, you'll provide critical support to students. You'll collaborate with another social worker to address students' social-emotional needs, develop intervention strategies, and support their academic success. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:
  • Schedule:  Begin at the end of August and work at least 12 weeks and possibly longer
  • Hours:  8:15-3:15 daily
  • Setting:  Elementary school K-5th
  • In-person only 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group social work services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
