Primary Responsibilities:

• Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision 
• Provide any first aid necessary 

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work with children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy
• Strong work ethic 
• Must pass background examinations prior to training

Safety Standards: 

The safety of our swimmers, parents and team members is of the utmost importance. Goldfish Swim School follows all CDC and WHO safety standards along with following any local guidelines. In addition here are some additional safety precautions and procedures we follow: 

• Every shift includes an on-staff cleaner who regularly sanitizes high-touch areas in our lobby and pool zones.
• Our pools are disinfected with chlorine, which the CDC confirms is effective in removing or inactivating viruses when properly maintained.
• Our state-of-the-art ventilation system continuously circulates fresh air throughout the building. Industry experts note that indoor pools are among the safest indoor environments for minimizing virus transmission.
