Licensed Therapist (LPC/LCSW) — Remote, Flexible Hours (5–30+ hrs/wk)

Pay: starting at $65/hour (1099)

Day One Counseling, LLC is a virtual therapy practice serving adults across Pennsylvania. We value strong clinicians and we pay accordingly. If you want consistent referrals, a steady caseload, and the freedom to work from home—without spending your time marketing—this role is built for you.

• Flexible schedule: work 5–30+ hours/week (you choose your caseload)
• Remote therapy: fully virtual with Pennsylvania clients
• Reliable referrals: we support you with client flow so you can focus on therapy
• Competitive pay: starting at $65/hour , with room to grow based on experience and caseload

• Provide individual therapy to adults via telehealth
• Create and update treatment plans collaboratively with clients
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely, ethical way
• Coordinate care as needed and follow professional standards of practice

Required

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania license:  LPC or LCSW
• Solid clinical skills in psychotherapy and treatment planning
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong documentation habits and professional communication

Nice to have

• Prior telehealth experience
• Experience with adults managing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, or burnout (if this fits your niche)
