Job Description

Our Global Content Marketing Team is searching for a curious, proactive, and content-savvy individual who thrives at the intersection of content marketing, creative storytelling, and video platform innovations. If you're passionate about content strategy, excited by video and YouTube as a platform, and eager to contribute to the future of Experience Intelligence—this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Storyboard and script video content from existing or new assets: support video ideation by translating business plans, existing written content, and brand narratives into structured storyboards and scripts aligned with global content goals and brand tone.
  • Collaborate on trend-inspired concepts across social channels: partner with other members of the content team and the marketing organization to create content marketing videos for YouTube that reflect industry-relevant trends, search queries, platform trends, and audience behavior to drive engagement.
  • Support end-to-end video production: assist in planning, scripting, filming, and editing repurposed and original content alongside other members of the Global Content Team. Maintain ownership over task progress, deadlines, and asset tracking, for our CSQ YouTube channel .
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control: review content for tone, visual quality, and alignment with brand and product guidelines. Maintain a high bar for detail, accuracy, and platform-fit across all deliverables.
  • Optimize content for multi-platform distribution: adapt video content for different formats and channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Paid platforms and our website ensuring technical specs and platform trends are met. Bonus points if comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Stay current with social, AI, and video trends: monitor emerging trends in social formats, creator styles, video tech, and content platforms. Share learnings and contribute ideas that improve reach, quality, and storytelling.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years experience in video content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company, with some understanding of basic video content programs that drive growth.
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and structured video content projects involving several stakeholders.
  • Intuitive understanding of product-led growth, audience building, and other Customer Experience Intelligence brands. You’re creative, organized and a builder. You are comfortable starting scrappy and scaling with focus and creativity.
  • Super strong organizational and project management capabilities, including working in complex matrix environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a (mostly) remote environment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows while ensuring content remains human-centered and high quality.
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive. You take ownership while playing well with others. You're data-informed and ready to learn more about how to use different tools to analyze content performance and apply Youtube best practices and experimentation strategies. You love testing new formats, running experiments, and unlocking growth levers with a sharp eye for what resonates.

Bonus points:

  • You are comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Video content marketing isn’t a strange concept to you, and you are familiar with Youtube video engagement metrics and likely know what they are used for.
  • You are familiar with platforms like Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap and the digital analytics market. You understand the industry and have ideas on how to innovate in terms of Content Marketing keeping an eye on resources and ROI.
  • You have a background in product-led or SaaS-focused environments.
  • You are able to work effectively, independently, and in an organized manner. Our team relies on strong organizational skills.
  • You have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative, ownership-first mindset.
