JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a proactive and organized part time Human Resources/Office Coordinator to support Kopari’s office operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for people and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be involved in everything from coordinating office activities to assisting with HR projects, making a real impact on our company’s daily operations and employee experience. This is a part-time in office role, working 20-25 hours per week.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and mail distribution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with employee package shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide support with event planning tasks, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules,

and assisting with setup.

  • Coordinate with IT vendors to maintain technical systems and provide support
  • Managing office supply inventory and procurement
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT

  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing welcome materials and conducting exit

paperwork.

  • Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company

events.

  • Assist with benefits administration by helping employees with inquiries and directing them to

relevant resources.

  • Perform accurate and efficient HR data entry tasks, ensuring all information is entered correctly

and updated in a timely manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficient and advanced computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the

organization

  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks
