Job Requirements :

• Experience in Airbnb cleaning , hotel cleaning , or vacation rental cleaning.
• Reliable transportation to travel to our clients Airbnb properties . 
• Have a working Smartphone that can download apps we communicate through. 
• Have a bank account for direct deposit payments.
• Must have cleaning equipment for jobs . Vacuum. Cleaning supplies , Mop , etc, 
• Must have / be willing to get GL insurance .
• Must be willing to do a background check .
• Must be able to take photos .
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to show up on time and keep promises
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Positive attitude and hard working 
• Flexible availability for week and weekend work as our busiest days are on Sunday and Monday. 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

. Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Stage properties according to reference photos - Remake beds for next guests check in -Wash linens on site if necessary - Refill and Restock amenities provided to guests 

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

- Light outdoor cleaning such as cleaning outdoor furniture and sweeping -Take photos of completed cleanings , report damages , and help maintain Airbnb property
