Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore Embassy Suites by Phoenix Biltmore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This entry-level opportunity allows you to start your career in sales while working for a Hilton-managed hotel. Don't miss the chance to grow and thrive! What will I be doing? As a sales coordinator, you will support our sales catering & event managers by assisting with processing contracts, banquet event orders, rooming lists, and other daily operations of the sales catering & event office. You will also: Create and communicate inter-departmental updates regarding upcoming groups & events. Maintain data integrity in hotel systems through regular tasks. Provide administrative support to sales and marketing managers, including word processing, emailing, filing, data entry, and phone handling. Arrange travel and perform general office duties. Assist with special projects as needed.
