Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services across a wide age range, from early childhood through high school students. The role supports students in grades K-12, including elementary, middle (grades 6-8), and high school settings. It is a contract position based in Waltham, MA, beginning in January 2026 and continuing through June 2026.

Qualifications:

• Active state license in occupational therapy required
• Experience working with students in early childhood through high school preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective occupational therapy interventions in school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to support students developmental, functional, and educational needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences as needed
