Job Description
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist and Healthcare Administrative Assistant to work primarily between Hartford and Waterbury offices with occasional coverage in one of our other satellite offices. Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to sending out and tracking referrals to specialists and for radiology services. The front desk role includes assistance with scheduling patients, answering busy phone lines, greeting patients at check in and providing any necessary paperwork. Must have good phone skills and the ability to be organized, utilize Google spreadsheets for proper task follow up. Other expectations are healthcare minded professional behavior and for this person to be able to interact well with the team as there will be some travel between offices. This is a full time role and office hours are generally Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 6 pm. Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm.
