Job Description

Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ

Starting Pay: $17.42/hr. plus a $750 new hire bonus and up to $1,800+ in additional bonuses!

Schedule: Full-time limited-service positions available. The targeted start date, hours, and schedule will be discussed with the recruiter. Evening and night shifts are highly desirable with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and written letters.
• Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist callers in completing online applications.
• Keep updated on client regulations to provide accurate information.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Must work on-site; remote options available only after one year of satisfactory performance.
• Willingness to participate in training for further development.
