CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising Consultant in the DFW area to join our client’s growing team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love for animals with your professional skills in fundraising and relationship management. Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
Full-Time | Hybrid (Field + Office)
$70-80K/YR + commissions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with local animal shelters, rescues, and humane societies.
• Oversee a geographically segmented territory of 80–100 accounts within DFW.
• Travel to on-site partner locations 4 days a week, with 1 in-office day for team collaboration.
• Promote product offerings and assist partners with the ordering process.
• Represent the brand at marketing events, fundraising initiatives, and community activities.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership to develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Support fundraising and awareness campaigns that elevate the brand’s mission.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’re a natural connector.
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented – a “go-getter” mindset is essential.
• Passionate about animal welfare and excited to contribute to a greater cause.
• Comfortable with territory travel; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Experience in animal shelter work, nonprofit fundraising, or community outreach is a plus!
