Position: Shop Manager

Location: Mesquite, TX

We’re looking for a driven and skilled Service Manager to oversee our maintenance operations, optimize shop efficiency, and inspire a team of talented technicians. This is your chance to make an impact while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee all shop maintenance and repair operations.
\n
• Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs.
\n
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance staff.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and inventory.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other departments to support fleet operations.
\n
• Oversee the ordering and purchasing of repair parts, equipment, and supplies.
