Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in supporting financial planning and analysis across the company, building data-driven insights, and enabling strategic decision-making at all levels of leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial systems, has strong modeling skills, and can communicate insights clearly through dashboards, presentations, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards to track business performance and financial health.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop clear, data-driven presentations of financial analysis for senior leadership teams and other stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting activities within Oracle models, including assessing forecast accuracy, monitoring performance, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain actual results versus forecast and budget.
• Perform scenario modeling to assess potential outcomes and support business decision-making.
• Partner with business units to provide profitability analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning support.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by finance and company leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related role.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle or similar ERP/forecasting tools strongly preferred.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear insights for leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Education Bachelors of Accounting (required)
Experience 2 years: Experience with financial reporting and analysis (required)
