Job Description

TRC Talent Solution is hiring for a night shift Extrusion Operator to join our clients production team in Decatur. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in consumer grade plastic products! As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Shift : 5:45 pm - 6:00 am on a 2/2/3 rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor the extrusion process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an extrusion operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
